Creating symmetrical designs on a computer allows children to play with symmetry & art together.

During the IT class Grade 2 students created the colorful symmetrical images on Kidpix Deluxe. They first selected a rectangular shape and using the line tools they made a variety of designs. They filled the colors in their designs with the help of magic paint brush and paint bucket to give a beautiful look to the symmetrical patterns. With the help of selection tool, they copied, pasted and flipped the shapes horizontally and vertically to create their symmetrical images.
